Terms and Conditions: StarterIPTV

GENERAL:

1. StarterIPTV provides IPTV subscriptions and IPTV Reseller Panels only.
2. StarterIPTV is not responsible for the video/audio content and does not guarantee or claim any rights to the content. We act as a reseller for many providers.
3. Channels & VOD in any package are subject to update, change, or removal at any time without prior notice.
4. StarterIPTV’s responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed period. A screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered email as proof.
5. One subscription is for one connection only. Multiple device usage with a single subscription may result in permanent termination of the subscription.
6. The client is responsible for providing accurate device information, including device type, model, app used, and MAC if applicable. Failure to provide device information may result in receiving the M3U format, which cannot be changed later.
7. Our providers may perform maintenance on their servers from time to time, without a fixed time frame for such activities.
8. Buffering, freezing, and non-working content may occur in any IPTV service worldwide, and the client should be aware of this nature.
9. StarterIPTV reserves the right to replace any IPTV package with another in case of unavailability.
10. IPTV subscription credentials are usually sent to the client’s registered email within 1 business day after receiving clear payment.
11. For IPTV Resellers, StarterIPTV is only responsible for activating and sending the IPTV Reseller Panel information, including the agreed-upon credit points. We do not provide any assistance for IPTV Reseller panel issues.

Subscriptions:

1. StarterIPTV guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed period. A screenshot showing the IPTV Subscription information and expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered info. However, issues related to servers, content stoppage, or non-working content are beyond our control. In such cases, clients are encouraged to contact us, and we will do our best to address the problems.
2. StarterIPTV is not responsible for any subscriptions purchased for the wrong type of IPTV receiver box.

SERVICE CANCELLATION/HOLD:

1. You do not have to inform us if you plan to cancel your subscription or place it on hold. Your subscription will automatically cancel or hold once you reach the end of the duration of your current subscription. No additional payment is needed to cancel or place your subscription on hold.

CONTENTS & OTHER SERVICE PACKAGES:

1. The provision of any packages may vary, and we reserve the right to add or remove any service without prior notice.
2. StarterIPTV is a service transporter only, and services may be changed (added/removed) according to the laws of broadcasting.

INSURANCE:

1. StarterIPTV does not provide any insurance for any service.

PAYMENT:

1. Your payment is handled by Paypal, Bitcoin, and VoguePay payment gateways, which are secure ways to pay online.
2. To pay using your Credit or Debit card, your card must be 3D Authenticated to get approved by our payment gateways processor.
3. If a transaction fails, contact your bank to allow the transaction and enable 3D Authentication.

Delivering Policies:

You receive your Code immediately By Email. Sometimes it takes between 5 minutes to 6 hours during business days at London timezone.

Communications:

You may opt-out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any of the emails we send.

Purchases:
